It's a fluorescent bacteria artwork interface which remotely programs the Reconfigurable Automation Cart (RAC) system at Ginkgo Bioworks.
Nanoliter droplets of fluorescent bacterial culture are dispensed onto an agar plate and photographed after incubation.
